CHEESE SONG
Central to the evening will be learning a song from a show by a friend of mine Ben Glasstone.
He wrote the celebrated children’s show the Mouse Queen which briefly played on Broadway opposite the Lion King.
One of the stand out numbers from the show has the refrain:
“In troubled times like these,
People turn to ….CHEESE” which seemed quite appropriate.
It is a work of genius so I have done an arrangement of the song for us SATB which will raise our spirits as we focus on fermented dairy products for a while.
